My name is Mandy Demetsky and I believe we’re meant to live life madly, deeply in love with ourselves and by design rather than default. This is why my biggest passion is to journey with my clients deep into old stories that are keeping them stuck, honor and heal old wounds that have given life to those stories, and begin to write an exciting new chapter.

Because I spent so much of my life hating myself, feeling insecure and letting fear hold me back from pursuing my dreams, I know the pain of being stuck within your own mind and not living as the person you know you’re meant to be! I also now know how possible it is to live as that person - free, confident, bold and living out loud! It’s NOT too late and you deserve to live the biggest, most exquisite life you can imagine!
